“It is all about life.”

People age, experience serious illness and die every day and yet we rarely share our experiences.

Sharing our experiences can only help each of us identify our best options as we navigate the unknown.

Sharing our experiences may not be always welcomed in casual or informal discussion among friends or family.

How can we learn?

We all know someone who is aging. We have known someone facing seriously ill, and know that someone has died.

In the end, to avoid saying or doing something “wrong,” we may not say anything at all.

Begin the conversation.

Share what you know. You may be surprised by what you learn. We are all in this life together.
